The hotel was offered for sale in December 1859:

The Best Site on Ballarat. Licensed Public House doing a First-rate Trade. All NATIONS' HOTEL, MAIN ROAD. CHARLES DYTE has received instructions from Mr Maxant to sell by private contract, That very valuable freehold allotment, described as allot 16. block D, having a frontage of 16 feet to the Main Road, by a depth of 99 feet, and a guaranteed extension of 166 feet, on which is erected, That very substantial superior two-storied public house known as The All Nations' Hotel, Containing superior fitted bar, 15 feet x 14, large dining-room, store-room, sitting and bed-room, kitchen, with very superior fixed cooking and heating stove, 2 servants' bedrooms, outhouses, stabling, fowl-houses, &c., and on the second story 7 very superior double and single bedded rooms. The house is very neatly furnished, and is doing an extensive trade, has been recently decorated, is divided by the creek from the adjoining house, is insured for an unexpired term of eleven months, and is only parted with for reasons which will be explained: the position is second to none in Ballarat.   • In May and June 1860 the publican's license was granted to George Bond.[3][4]
  • In June 1861, Sybilla Bond failed to appear at the Ballarat East Licensing Court hearing.[5] The license was granted one week later.[6]
  • In 1865 the publican was J. Reid. [1]
