In 1864 the license application described the hotel:
EDWARD HALL, of Bunker's Hill, in the Shire of Grenville.-Wooden house, containing eight rooms, and licensed under sign of Bunker's Hill Hotel.[2]

- In July 1862, the publican was Edward Hart.[1]
- From February 1863 the publican was John Hall.[3][4]
- In June 1864 the publican was Edward Hall.[2]
