The Crown Hotel was a hotel at Spring Hill, Victoria, <1861-1863>.

In 1861 the hotel was described as being at Spring Hill.[1] Another Spring Hill hotel, the Belle Vue, was also described as Forest Hill, and later as being Newlyn.
