Friend's Hotel was a hotel in Ballarat, Victoria, <1865>.

The hotel was in Wendouree Parade, Ballarat.[1] In August 1869 the address was given as Sturt Street.[2]

In November 1865, Thomas Friend announced his intention to apply for a license for the hotel:
Form of Notice of Application for a Publican's License. To the Bench of Magistrates at the District Police Court, Ballarat West. I, THOMAS FRIEND, hotelkeeper, now residing Wendouree Parade, in the Borough of Ballarat West, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Justices sitting at the Court of Petty Sessions to be holden at the District Police Court, Ballarat West, on the 14th of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, for a certificate authorising the issue of a publican's license for a house situated at Wendouree Parade, to be known as the Friends' Hotel, containing bar and four rooms, exclusive of those required for the use of the family, at present unoccupied.
