George Fletcher was a publican in the Ballarat district, <1890-1891>.

Fletcher held the license for the Broomfield Hotel at Broomfield. In 1890 he was fined for breaches of the licensing laws:

At the local court yesterday Geo. Fletcher, of the Broomfield hotel, was fined £2, with 2s 6d costs, for a breach of the Licensing Act, which was the minimum penalty.[1]

In April 1891, a George Fletcher took over the license of the Sir John Franklin Hotel in Ballarat.[2]
