The Golden Phoenix Hotel was a hotel in Ballarat, <1857>.

The hotel was described in the license application of June 1857 as being at the Old Stockade.[1] Is this a reference to the Eureka Stockade which would place the hotel near what is now Eureka Street?.

In June 1857, John George Sewell's application for a license was struck out by the licensing court.[1]
