James Edward Randall was a publican at Elaine, Victoria, 1894-1900>

Randall was one of six children of James Edwin Randall and Ellen Moroney.[1]

Randall was publican at King's Hotel in Elaine from March 1894 after the license was transferred from C. F. Randall.[2]

The hotel was destroyed by fire in January 1900:

A HOTEL DESTROYED. Ballarat, 28th January. King's hotel, Elaine, was totally destroyed by fire late on Friday night. The licensee, Mr. Edward Randall, is a very heavy loser. His stock and furniture were only lightly insured.[3]
