James Pascoe was a publican at Forest Hill, Victoria, <1864-1866>.

Pascoe held the license for the Belle Vue Hotel which was on the Daylesford Road at Forest Hill in June 1864.[1]

In February 1866 his harvest results were published in the Argus:

At Newlyn, Mr. Pascoe, of the Belle Vue Hotel, has threshed 1,260 bushels of wheat, and 950 bushels of oats.[2]
