Jean-Marie Ballinguiy (sometimes spelt Ballaguy) was a publican in Ballarat, <1853-1857>.

Jean-Marie Ballinguiy held the license for the Ballaguy Hotel at Black Hill, Ballarat.
On January 26, 1854, Ballaguy became a naturalized citizen of Victoria, occupation given as "gentleman" and address as "Geelong", and age 48.[1] In 1855 the hotel was offered for sale:
HOTEL for Sale. - The Proprietor of Ballaguy Hotel at Black Hill, Ballarat, wishing to leave for Europe, will sell his establishment by private contract. The net proceeds are from twelve to fifteen hundred pounds sterling per annum. For further particulars apply to the Proprietor, as above.[2]
