John Henry Ballinger was a publican in Ballarat, Victoria, 1908-1915.

John Henry Ballinger was the son of John Henry Ballinger and Mary O'Connell, born c. 1876.[1]

In 1900 Ballinger married Annie Christina Beckmann. He took over the license for the Argyle Hotel from Grace Barrett in October 1908.[2] He transferred it to his wife in 1915.[3] He died in Ballarat in 1923.[1]
