John Palmer was a publican in the Ballarat district, Victoria, <1874-1881>.

John Palmer held the license for the Royal Alfred Hotel in Ballarat. He took over the license from W. R. Cummins in July 1874.[1]

A John Palmer had the license for the Miners' Rest Hotel in Haddon.

His license was renewed in December 1881.[2]
