The distillery is at the Red Duck Brewery, at 11a Michaels Drive, Alfredton.[1]

History[edit | edit source]
The distillery was opened in 2016 by Scott Wilson-Browne and Chris Pratt. It shares a building with the Red Duck Brewery. Their goal is to create a small number of high quality products.[1]
The distillery uses two pot stills made by Peter Bailly, from Knapp Lewer Contracting in Hobart.
