Martin Harrison was a publican in the Ballarat district, <1886-1892.

From at least December 1886 to 1890, Harrison held the license for the Adekate Creek Hotel at Dean.

Harrison's wife died in January 1886:

THE Friends of Mr MARTIN HARRISON, of Adekate Creek, Dean, are respectfully invited to follow the remains of his late beloved WIFE to the place of interment, the Creswick Cemetery. The funeral will leave his residence at 1 o'clock To-morrow (Saturday).[1]

In February 1890, Harrison was fined for breaching the licensing laws:

Martin Harrison, of the Adekate Creek hotel, was fined £5, with £1 costs, for having a door leading into his bar open on Sunday, 2nd February[2]

In January 1891, Harrison was fined £2 for allowing drunk people to be on his premises.[3]

In January 1892 Harrison was declared insolvent, and the hotel was sold by auction.
