The Moorookyle Hotel was a hotel in Moorookyle, Victoria, <1861-1916.

The hotel was at Moorookyle, about 5kms north of Smeaton.[1]

Background[edit | edit source]

The hotel was one of six in the Clunes district closed by the License Reduction Board in 1916.[1] The owner was paid £150 compensation and the licensee £25.[2]
