Sarah Cox was a publican in Ballarat, <1860-1861>.

In June 1860, Cox applied for a publican's license but did not appear at the court, and therefore the license was struck out.[1]

In July 1860, Cox was granted a night license and a billiard license for the George Hotel in Lydiard Street.[2] Her license was renewed in June 1861.[3]
