Skipton Street
Skipton Street is a street in Ballarat, Victoria.

The street is about 2.0km in length, running south east from Urquhart Street to Rubicon Street. The street is also the Midland Highway and is a continuation of Doveton Street, becoming Albert Street as it crosses into the former Borough of Sebastopol.
History[edit | edit source]
It is named for the town of Skipton, on the Glenelg Highway, which is where Skipton Street was leading towards.
