The Star Hotel was a hotel in Daylesford, <1899-1910.

Site[edit | edit source]

The hotel was in Vincent Street, Daylesford.[1] Memories of Thomas Bennett, published in 1936, place it on the east side of Vincent Street, south of the Victoria Hotel, approx. No. 73 Vincent Street.[2]

The hotel was one of five listed for closure by the Licensing Reduction Board in 1909.

  • A.N.A. Athletic Club 9th Annual Sports Day, November 1899, entry forms to be left at the hotel.[3]
