Thomas Hogan was a publican in Ballarat, <1873-1909>.

In December 1873 and 1874 the license was for the Grand Stand Hotel at Haddon was granted to Mr. Thomas Hogan.[1][2]

In December 1877 the publican's license for the No. 3 Reform Hotel at Haddon was granted to Thomas Hogan or Hagan.[3]

    • It was renewed in 1878, 1879, 1881, 1882 and 1883.[4][5][6][7][8]
    • In December 1884, Hagan's license renewal was refused by the Smythesdale Licensing Court.[9]

A Thomas Hogan was granted a temporary license for the Buninyong Races to be held on 29 December 1899.[10]

A Thomas Hogan is listed as the publican of the Unicorn Hotel in Ballarat in the 1909 Electoral Roll.[11] The license was transferred to G. C. Ashmole in March 1911.[12]
