Thomas Patrick Connellan was a publican at Navigators, Victoria, <1915>.

Connellan was born at Warrenheip on 8 October 1872, the son of publican Peter Connellan and his wife Margaret Duggan.[1]
Connellan was the licensee of the family's hotel, the Bush Inn at Navigators, Victoria, from at least 1903.[2]. In December 1915 he was charged with breaching the licensing hours:
Thomas Patrick Connellan, licensee of the Bush Inn, Navigators, was fined £2 for a breach of the Licensing Act on Sunday, 14th November. Several men found in the hotel without lawful excuse were also each fined £2[3]
Connellan died at Navigators in 1948.[4]
