  • In October 1891 the license was transferred from E. Goulding to S. McLeod.[1] (Possibly the Victoria Hotel in Errard Street, a Gould held the license there in the 1870s).
  • In December 1925 the publican was fined:

Following the discovery of seven men on the premises of the Victoria Hotel at 10.45 p.m. on 12th November, Annie Davies, licensee, was charged with failure to keep the lodgers' book entered up. A fine of £3 was imposed.[2]
