William John Arnold was a publican in Ballarat, <1863-1875>.

Arnold was listed as the publican of the Albert Hotel in Ligar Street, Ballarat, in 1863.[1]
He is listed in Windle's Ballarat Directory (1869) as a publican in Creswick Road.[2] In December 1872 his license for a hotel in Creswick Road was renewed.[3]
In December 1873 he was granted the license for the Brewers' Arms in Creswick Road.[4] The license was renewed in December 1874.[5]
In August 1875 he transferred his license for the Brewers' Arms to Agnes Green.[6]
