Ballarat honors old citizens BALLARAT, Thursday: A testimonial function will be held to honor Mr. and Mrs. W. Mong in recognition of their fine citizenship and help to charity. Mr. and Mrs. Mong will soon retire after 54 years as licensees of the Red Lion Hotel. Last week they sold the lease they held from Ballarat Brewing Company.[1]
