NEW INSOLVENT. (Schedule filed in Ballarat.) William Nicoll, publican, of Peel street, Ballarat. Causes o£ insolvency:—-Losses in business and bad debts. Liabilities, £235 1s; assets, £30; deficiency, £205 1s.[1]

A William Nicoll died in July 1879:

NICOLL.—On the 28th June, at Main road, Ballarat, William Nicoll. Deeply regretted.[2]
