William Wilson was a publican in the Carngham district, Victoria, <1869-1885>

Wilson was granted a temporary license for an unnamed hotel in October 1869:

A certificate authorising the issue of a special temporary license for six months to William Wilson, of Preston Hill, was granted.[1]

In December 1883 he was granted the license for the Carngham Hotel[2] and renewed in December 1885.[3]
